Client Services Consultant
New York, NY - (646) 690.8270
Joining William O’Neil + Company as a Client Services Consultant was an exciting opportunity for me because it brought together my financial background and my lifelong interest in investing and the stock market. My grandfather was a stockbroker for his entire career, and he introduced me to investing at a young age. That early exposure sparked a genuine interest in the markets and the ways people build long-term financial success.
In my role, I enjoy helping clients navigate PANARAY® and making sure they feel supported in using the platform effectively. My goal is to become a trusted resource for clients, whether they need help understanding the system’s functionality, troubleshooting technical issues, or learning new ways to apply the platform to their investment process. Building relationships and providing dependable service are aspects of the role that I value most.
I graduated from Penn State University in 2021, where I completed a five-year integrated program and earned both my Bachelor and Master of Accounting degrees. I began my professional career at EY as an auditor in the real estate audit practice, where I worked with clients across several industries, including healthcare, Meditech, publishing, and real estate. Before joining William O’Neil + Company, I worked as a Staff Accountant at KBRA in New York City.
Growing up on Long Island in Port Washington, New York, I spent much of my childhood playing basketball, soccer, and tennis. Sports continue to be a major interest of mine, and I enjoy following both professional and collegiate teams, especially Penn State athletics, the New York Mets, and the Green Bay Packers. I’m also a two-time half marathon runner and enjoy playing pickleball on weekends.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, going to concerts, exploring restaurants in New York City, and spending time at the beach. I’ve always been interested in technology and the ways AI is shaping the future. I’m also a huge tennis fan and try to attend the U.S. Open every summer whenever I can.
