William O'Neil + Company's clients are Institutional investment professionals. Our client base draws from Mutual and Hedge Fund Managers and Analysts, Banks, Insurance companies and corporations. We do not service the individual investors.

What are the hours of your customer service?

Our Account Specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to support our client’s needs relating to questions on functional, data or technical questions.

Does William O’Neil + Company have a trading desk?

Yes, William O’Neil + Company has a trading desk. We have had a seat on the NYSE since 1964. Our traders pride themselves on providing our clients consistent superior quality order execution.

Is there a trial period during which the service(s) can be tested?

Trial periods are available for some services provided by William O’Neil + Company. Contact your Account Executive who will discuss this opportunity with you.

What does WONDA® stand for?

WONDA is an acronym for William O’Neil Direct Access, which is our online service institutional investment research tool providing our clients access to state–of–the–art screening capabilities, Designed by investment professionals for the investment professional.

What makes the screening capability in WONDA® better or different from other services?

WONDA provides a full spectrum of relevant information in an easy to read proprietary datagraph. Additional attributes include its flexibility of the search criteria, customization, use of robust data, and ease of use gives WONDA screens its power.

Can I get WONDA® and WONDA Vantage separately or do I have to purchase them both?

As with all other services offered by William O’Neil + Company, our services are unbundled and you may choose to subscribe to either service separately.

What is the difference between WONDA® and WONDA Vantage?

WONDA is our on-line service providing data research information for the institutional investment professional. This service provides fundamental, technical data as well as our proprietary datagraphs on over 8,000 equities. WONDA Vantage is available as an add-on service to WONDA or as a stand-alone service. WONDA Vantage was developed to be used with Microsoft® Excel® spreadsheet software, allowing our clients to download WONDA data into spreadsheet formats. With WONDA Vantage, you will automatically have access to our Premium Financials database.

Is WONDA and WONDA Vantage supported by Windows and Mac?

Both WONDA and WONDA Vantage are PC based. However, MAC users may utilize both of our services provided they run Microsoft Virtual PC software

Can multiple people share a single user code in WONDA?

Only one user may be logged in at any given time. This provides safeguards to the user from unauthorized usage.

What is CAN SLIM?
